Refund Policy

Returns

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The book must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original book packaging (shrink wrap, label, seal) must be intact

  • Each book is shipped sealed in protective film

  • Returns are accepted only if the seal is unbroken and the packaging is undamaged

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase

  • Contact us by email before sending anything back

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its arrival and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment:

  • If you paid via Zelle, the refund will be sent to the same account.

  • If you used PayPal, your refund would go back to your PayPal account.

  • We do not issue refunds by check or other alternative methods.

Note: Refunds apply to the product cost only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Printing Issues

If your book arrives with a printing defect (e.g., missing pages, upside-down content, miscuts), please contact the retailer where you purchased it (e.g., Amazon, Lulu). They are responsible for manufacturing-related replacements.

Replacements & Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request a replacement, please email lanastasek@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

International Returns

We accept international returns and exchanges, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • eBooks

  • Digital downloads (audiobooks, printable files)

Return Shipping Costs

If you request a return label, we will provide one. The cost of the label ($8–$20), plus a $3 processing fee, will be deducted from your refund.

You will also receive a return ID number (RMA), which must be clearly written on the outside of your return package for it to be processed.
