Margarita Palshina — Editor
Writer, journalist, and editor with over 15 years of experience in advertising and publishing. Margarita worked with international agencies including CPM Group and OMD Group and is an award winner of major advertising festivals such as Red Apple and Golden Drum.
She later founded her own creative and media agency, working with authors and clients across Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East. A member of the International Guild of Writers and a finalist of multiple literary awards, Margarita was named Business Book of the Year Journalist (Russia, 2018) for her work with foreign nonfiction.
Her strength lies in structure, clarity, and knowing when a text needs sharpening rather than decoration.

Vlada Borodavka — Translator, Editor (and Author’s Daughter)
Born in Ukraine and now living in the U.S., Vlada graduated from Loyola University Chicago. Translator and editor of the English versions of the Voices Within series. Thanks to her, the books sound just as bold and vibrant in English as they do in the original.
Vlada doesn’t just translate — she adapts the text for an American audience, keeping the author’s voice, irony, and vividness intact.
And yes… she’s my daughter. Which means, like it or not, her name shows up on almost every page of my books.

Megan Tusing — Audiobook Narrator
American actress and voice artist. Megan narrates the Voices Within audiobooks, bringing the text to life with emotional precision, restraint, and depth.
She doesn’t “read” the story — she inhabits it. Her performance respects silence, tension, and subtext, allowing the narrative to unfold naturally, without exaggeration or sentimentality.
Megan has appeared in television series including Blue Bloods, CSI, and Person of Interest. Her background in screen acting gives the audiobooks a cinematic, intimate quality — grounded, human, and unmistakably real.
